Bonus terms, clause by clause
Bonus terms usually come in two layers: general rules that apply to every promotion, and the specific terms of one offer. Where they clash, the specific terms normally win. This page walks through the clauses that keep recurring in operator texts, including those you will see at Doxxbet, and pairs each one with the question worth asking as you read.
Go to the offerMaximum bet while a bonus is active
The most common reason players lose a bonus win. The clause caps the stake per spin or per round while the bonus runs. Illustrative example, not a Doxxbet term. With a €5 cap, a single €6 spin can be enough for the operator to void bonus winnings — even if the big win came on a completely different spin. Question to ask: does the cap apply per spin, per round, and also to features such as “double up” or gamble buttons?
Cashout cap and maximum win
No-deposit bonuses and free spins often limit how much you can withdraw. Illustrative example, not a Doxxbet term. A €100 cap means that if your balance climbs to €260 after wagering, €100 can be paid out and the rest is removed. Question: does the cap cover only the bonus winnings, or the whole balance including your own deposit?
Excluded games and restricted strategies
Terms can exclude some games entirely, weight others partially, and forbid ways of lowering risk — betting on red and black at the same time, for instance, or buying a slot's bonus round. Question: where exactly is the excluded-games list, and can it change while your bonus is running?
Two deadlines, sometimes three
The activation window decides how long you have to accept an offer or enter a code. The completion window decides when wagering must be done. Free spins add a third: by when the spins themselves must be played. Question: does each clock start at crediting, at the deposit or at registration?
Which balance is used first
Some models spend your own money first and only then the bonus; others start with the bonus. The order decides what you can still withdraw if you stop halfway. Question: which balance is played first, and which one is locked when you ask for a payout?
Declining and cancelling
You should be able to decline a bonus when you deposit — by leaving the opt-in box unticked or not entering a code — and to cancel an active bonus in your profile or through support. Cancelling normally has a consequence: the bonus and its winnings go, your own balance stays. If a bonus was added without your consent, ask for it to be removed before you place a bet; after the first stake the situation gets more complicated.
Withdrawing with an active bonus
In many terms a withdrawal request before wagering is complete counts as forfeiting the bonus. Before you press withdraw, look at your progress and at the early-withdrawal rule. The cashier side of this is described on our withdrawal page.
Language and keeping a copy
Slovakia's Gambling Act requires game rules to be available in the state language (§ 30(3) of Act No. 30/2019). Whatever language you read in, save the version of the bonus terms that applied on the day you opted in — a dated screenshot or PDF. In a dispute it is your main evidence. Since 1 February 2026 ÚRHH also supervises bonus transparency; how to file a notice is on our complaints page.
