“Mirror” sites — alternative addresses that copy a casino when the main domain is blocked — are common for unlicensed operators. The list of prohibited offers

ÚRHH keeps a list of prohibited offers: websites, mobile apps and payment accounts through which gambling is offered or promoted in Slovakia without a Slovak licence. In its current form the rule applies from 1 January 2026. The list is published in machine-readable form on the first working day of each week; internet providers must block access and payment providers must stop payments within five days of publication. According to ÚRHH, the list contained more than a thousand domains as of 24 September 2026. Before a domain is added, the office publishes a notice of intent and sends a request with a ten-day deadline.
