How to withdraw: from request to bank account
A withdrawal is where bonus terms, verification and payment rules all meet. This guide walks through the process as it typically works at operators such as Doxxbet. Exact processing times and limits are set out in the operator's payout terms and in the cashier — we do not quote them, because they vary by account and change over time.

Before you press withdraw
- Bonus status. If a bonus is active and wagering is unfinished, a withdrawal request may cancel the bonus and the winnings from it. Look at your progress first.
- Verification. Identity documents must usually be approved before the first payout; uploading them early avoids a delay.
- Method. Under closed-loop rules the payout goes back to the deposit method where possible, otherwise to a bank account in your name.
The request, step by step
- Open the cashier and choose the withdrawal tab.
- Select the method and enter the amount within the limits shown.
- Confirm; note the request ID and the time.
- Watch the status: pending, approved, sent.
Pending periods and reversals
Some operators keep a withdrawal in a pending state for a while before processing. If the cashier lets you cancel a pending withdrawal and play the money again, think twice: that option mainly serves to turn a decided win back into stakes. If it tempts you, a lower loss limit is a better tool than willpower.
Withdrawal methods compared
A bank transfer to your IBAN is the common default; payouts to Visa or Mastercard cards depend on the card and the operator; e-wallets usually receive payouts to the same wallet; mobile wallets usually pay out via the underlying card; crypto, if offered, needs your own correct address and network.
Withdrawing with an active bonus — a worked example
Illustrative example, not a Doxxbet term. You deposit €50, take a €50 bonus with 20x wagering (€1,000 turnover) and have staked €400 when your balance stands at €130. In a common model, requesting a withdrawal now cancels the bonus and the winnings tied to it, and you can withdraw what remains of your own money under the balance-order rule. Finishing the wagering first, or cancelling the bonus knowingly, are the two clean options. The clause is explained in bonus terms clause by clause.
If a payout is held
Ask support in writing for the reason and the documents needed. Common causes are pending verification, a name mismatch, or a bonus rule. If you believe the operator is wrong, follow the complaint route on our complaints page: first a written complaint to the operator, then the further steps.
